Kelly attended Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York and received a B.A. in Biology.  She trained as a physician assistant at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut.  Afterward, she worked at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut where over four years she gained experience with joint replacements and fracture care at a level 1 trauma center.  When not at work, she enjoys skiing, field hockey and cheering on the Bruins.



Jamie is a certified Physician Assistant as well as a certified Athletic Trainer. She attended Springfield College in Springfield, MA for both her bachelor of science degree in athletic training as well as her master of science degree in physician assistant studies. Prior to obtaining her master of science degree, she was employed at Mohawk Valley Orthopedics in Amsterdam, NY providing services for area high school and college athletic teams. Her education at Springfield College provided her with extensive clinical and surgical experience.


Tiffany is a board-certified Physician Assistant.  She attended Saint Joseph's College of Maine for undergraduate education and received a bachelors of science degree in biology/chemistry in 2008.  She worked at Mass General Hospital as a clinical research coordinator in Neurosurgery until she started graduate school at Mass College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where she received her masters degree in physician assistant studies in 2010.  After graduation, she began employment at Newton Wellesley Hospital as an inpatient orthopedic physician assistant. After working in the hospital setting for over a year, she joined us here at New England Orthopedics Specialists in 2012.  Her clinical and inpatient orthopedic experience, as well as surgical exposure during her current and prior employment in both hospital and clinical settings, has provided her with a strong orthopedic knowledge base and proficient skills in comprehensive patient care.



Heather is a certified Physician Assistant. After completing her bachelor of science degree in biology from the University of Colorado, Ms. Parry worked as a physical therapy aide until entering the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences where she completed her master of science degree in physician assistant studies in 2001. Ms. Parry is board-certified as a Physician Assistant and is certified with a Special Recognition in Surgery. She joined New England Orthopedic Specialists right after graduation and has become proficient in orthopedics through her involvement in patient care as well as assisting our doctors in all types of orthopedic surgery. Heather is a life-long resident of the North Shore and grew up in Marblehead, Massachusetts. 


James is a certified Physician Assistant and a certified Athletic Trainer. Mr. Poulin graduated from Yale University School of Medicine, Physician Associate Program, and holds an undergraduate degree in sports medicine from Springfield College. He specializes in orthopedics and provides surgical assistance with orthopedic procedures as well as pre- and post-operative patient care. Mr. Poulin has served as an Athletic Trainer for the Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club. He also served as an Athletic Trainer for several New England colleges and was a Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist for a sports medicine facility. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the National Athletic Trainers Association and is state licensed as a Physician Assistant and Athletic Trainer.


Kimberly is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. After completing her bachelor of science degree in movement science from Gordon College, she proceeded to Massachusetts General Hospital's Institute of Health Professions to obtain her training in nursing. She has worked as a registered nurse at Beverly Hospital and as a nurse practitioner in several family practice settings locally. She joined New England Orthopedics 5 years ago to create a Pre-Admission Testing Department which provides on-site pre-surgery examination, testing and teaching.
